Aishah said ; I used to perfume the Messenger of Allah ﷺ preparatory to his entering the sacred state before he put on Ihram, and preparatory to putting off Ihram before he made the circuits round the House (the Kaabah).

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : "
كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِإِحْرَامِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ ، وَلِإِحْلَالِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ
" .
