كِتَاب الْكُسُوف
Chapter 11
(11) Chapter. Whoever loved manumission (of slaves) during the solar eclipses.
11- بَابُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْعَتَاقَةَ فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ:
English narration
Narrated by أسماء بنت أبي بكر القرشية
No doubt the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered people to manumit slaves during the solar eclipse.
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ ، قَالَتْ : "
لَقَدْ أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْعَتَاقَةِ فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ
" .
