Chapter 4

(4) Chapter. To go to the Mosque of Quba, walking or riding.

4- بَابُ إِتْيَانِ مَسْجِدِ قُبَاءٍ مَاشِيًا وَرَاكِبًا:

English narration

Narrated by نافع مولى ابن عمر

The Prophet (ﷺ) used to go to the Mosque of Quba (sometimes) walking and sometimes riding. Added Nafi' (in another narration), "He then would offer two rak'at (in the Mosque of Quba)."

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا , قَالَ : "

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْتِي مَسْجِدَ قُبَاءً رَاكِبًا وَمَاشِيًا

" ، زَادَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ فَيُصَلِّي فِيهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ .
