Chapter 62

(62) Chapter. To say Takbir (Allah is the Most Great) on coming in front of the Corner (having the Black Stone).

62- بَابُ التَّكْبِيرِ عِنْدَ الرُّكْنِ:

English narration

Narrated by خالد بن عبد الله الطحان

The Prophet (ﷺ) performed Tawaf of the Ka'ba riding a camel, and every time he came in front of the Corner (having the Black Stone), he pointed towards it with something he had with him and said Takbir.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قال : "

طَافَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بالبيت عَلَى بَعِيرٍ ، كُلَّمَا أَتَى الرُّكْنَ أَشَارَ إِلَيْهِ بِشَيْءٍ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ وَكَبَّرَ

" تَابَعَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ .
