كِتَاب الْحَجِّ

Chapter 66

(66) Chapter. Whoever saw a string or something like that during the Tawaf and disliked it and cut it.

66- بَابُ إِذَا رَأَى سَيْرًا أَوْ شَيْئًا يُكْرَهُ فِي الطَّوَافِ قَطَعَهُ:

English narration

Narrated by عبد الله بن العباس القرشي

The Prophet (ﷺ) saw a man performing Tawaf of the Ka'ba tied with a string or something else. So the Prophet cut that string.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، "

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ بِزِمَامٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ فَقَطَعَهُ

" .
