(113) Chapter. The price of a dog.

113- بَابُ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ:

English narration

Narrated by أبو مسعود الأنصاري

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade taking the price of a dog, money earned by prostitution and the earnings of a soothsayer.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ ، وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ

" .
