كِتَاب الْوَكَالَةِ
Chapter 1
(1) Chapter. A partner can deputize for another while distributing things etc.
1- بَابُ وَكَالَةُ الشَّرِيكِ الشَّرِيكَ فِي الْقِسْمَةِ وَغَيْرِهَا:
English narration
Narrated by علي بن أبي طالب الهاشمي
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered me to distribute the saddles and skins of the Budn which I had slaughtered.
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : "
أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِجِلَالِ الْبُدْنِ الَّتِي نُحِرَتْ وَبِجُلُودِهَا
" .
