Chapter 53

(53) Chapter. The saddle and the stirrup of an animal.

53- بَابُ الرِّكَابِ وَالْغَرْزِ لِلدَّابَّةِ:

English narration

Narrated by عبد الله بن عمر العدوي

When the Prophet (ﷺ) put his feet in the stirrup and the she-camel got up carrying him he would start reciting Talbiya at the mosque of Dhul-Hulaifa.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "

أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا أَدْخَلَ رِجْلَهُ فِي الْغَرْزِ وَاسْتَوَتْ بِهِ نَاقَتُهُ قَائِمَةً أَهَلَّ مِنْ عِنْدِ مَسْجِدِ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ
