كِتَاب الْأَحْكَامِ
Chapter 2
(2) Chapter. The (chief) rulers (of all Muslims must be) from the Quraish.
2- بَابُ الأُمَرَاءُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ:
English narration
Narrated by عبد الله بن عمر العدوي
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "This matter (caliphate) will remain with the Quraish even if only two of them were still existing."
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، سَمِعْتُ أَبِي ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ فِي قُرَيْشٍ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْهُمُ اثْنَانِ
" .
