34- بَابُ لاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ وَلاَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ:

(34) Chapter. The individual property of different people should neither be gathered together nor the joint property should be divided, in assessing the Zakat.
