51- بَابُ مَنْ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ شَيْئًا مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ وَلاَ إِشْرَافِ نَفْسٍ:

(51) Chapter. The one whom Allah gives something without his asking for it, or without avarice for it.

Bukhari · 1473كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْطِينِي الْعَطَاءَ ، فَأَقُولُ أَعْطِهِ مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَرُ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي ، فَقَالَ : خُذْهُ إِذَا جَاءَكَ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ شَيْءٌ وَأَنْتَ غَيْرُ مُشْرِفٍ وAllah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to give me something but I would say to him, "would you give it to a poorer and more needy one than l?"
