67- بَابُ لاَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ وَلاَ يَحُجُّ مُشْرِكٌ:

(67) Chapter. It is neither permissible for a naked person to perform Tawaf of the Kabah nor for a Mushrik [polytheist, pagan, idolater, and disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ ] to perform Hajj.
