70- بَابُ مَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَبِ الْكَعْبَةَ، وَلَمْ يَطُفْ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ، وَيَرْجِعَ بَعْدَ الطَّوَافِ الأَوَّلِ:

(70) Chapter. Whoever did not go near the Kabah and did not perform Tawaf of the Kabah after the first Tawaf performed on entering Makkah to till he proceeded to Arafat and returned.
