Bukhari · 2070لَقَدْ عَلِمَ قَوْمِي أَنَّ حِرْفَتِي لَمْ تَكُنْ تَعْجِزُ عَنْ مَئُونَةِ أَهْلِي ، وَشُغِلْتُ بِأَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَسَيَأْكُلُ آلُأَبِي بَكْرٍ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ ، وَيَحْتَرِفُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ فِيهِWhen Abu Bakr As-Siddiq was chosen Caliph, he said, "My people know that my profession was not incapable of providing substance to my family.
