19- بَابُ مَنْ كَلَّمَ مَوَالِيَ الْعَبْدِ أَنْ يُخَفِّفُوا عَنْهُ مِنْ خَرَاجِهِ:

(19) Chapter. Whoever appealed to the masters of a slave to reduce his taxes.
