11- بَابٌ في الْحَوَالَةِ، وَهَلْ يَرْجِعُ فِي الْحَوَالَةِ:(1) Chapter. Al-Hawala, (the transference of a dedt from one person to another. It is an agreement whereby a bebtor is released from a debt by another becoming responsible for it). Bukhari · 2287مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ ، فَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيٍّ فَلْيَتْبَعْThe Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Procrastination (delay) in paying debts by a wealthy man is injustice.
