4- بَابُ إِذَا لَمْ يُوجَدْ صَاحِبُ اللُّقَطَةِ بَعْدَ سَنَةٍ فَهْيَ لِمَنْ وَجَدَهَا:

(4) Chapter. If the owner of a lost thing is not found for one year, then the thing is for the one who has found it.
