29- بَابُ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِي الطَّرِيقِ الْمِيتَاءِ- وَهْيَ الرَّحْبَةُ تَكُونُ بَيْنَ الطَّرِيقِ- ثُمَّ يُرِيدُ أَهْلُهَا الْبُنْيَانَ، فَتُرِكَ مِنْهَا الطَّرِيقُ سَبْعَةَ أَذْرُعٍ:

(29) Chapter. When there is a dispute about a public way and the owner of the land wishes to build (something), he should leave seven cubits for the people to pass through.
