6- بَابُ الْخَطَإِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ فِي الْعَتَاقَةِ وَالطَّلاَقِ وَنَحْوِهِ، وَلاَ عَتَاقَةَ إِلاَّ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ:
(6) Chapter. What is said about manumission and divorce by mistake or forgetfulness. Manumission of slave should be for Allah’s sake only.
