5- بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُكَاتَبُ اشْتَرِنِي وَأَعْتِقْنِي. فَاشْتَرَاهُ لِذَلِكَ:

(5) Chapter. If a Mukatab slave asks somebody to buy and free him, it is permissible for that person to buy him.
