36- بَابُ قَضَاءِ الْوَصِيِّ دُيُونَ الْمَيِّتِ بِغَيْرِ مَحْضَرٍ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ:

(36) Chapter. The payments of the debts of the deceased by the executor (of the will) in the absence of other inheritors.
