168- بَابُ إِذَا نَزَلَ الْعَدُوُّ عَلَى حُكْمِ رَجُلٍ:

(168) Chapter. If the enemy is ready to accept the judgement of a Muslim (his judgement will be valid if the Imam agrees to it).
