(181) Chapter. To write down the names of (i.e., listing) the people by the Imam.

Bukhari · 3060اكْتُبُوا لِي مَنْ تَلَفَّظَ بِالْإِسْلَامِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَكَتَبْنَا لَهُ أَلْفًا وَخَمْسَ مِائَةِ رَجُلٍ فَقُلْنَا نَخَافُ وَنَحْنُ أَلْفٌ وَخَمْسُ مِائَةٍ ، فَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا ابْتُلِينَا حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُThe Prophet (ﷺ) said (to us), " List the names of those people who have announced that they are Muslims."
