183- بَابُ مَنْ تَأَمَّرَ فِي الْحَرْبِ مِنْ غَيْرِ إِمْرَةٍ إِذَا خَافَ الْعَدُوَّ:

(183) Chapter. (It is permissible for) somebody to take over the leadership of the army during a battle with being appointed when there is danger from the enemy.
