41- بَابُ السُّلْطَانُ وَلِيٌّ بِقَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «زَوَّجْنَاكَهَا بِمَا مَعَكَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ»:

(41) Chapter. The ruler is regarded as a guardian (of the lady who has no relative to be her guardian) as is inferred from the statement of the Prophet: "We have married her (that lady) to you for what you know of the Quran (by heart)."
