42- بَابُ لاَ يُنْكِحُ الأَبُ وَغَيْرُهُ الْبِكْرَ وَالثَّيِّبَ إِلاَّ بِرِضَاهَا:
(42) Chapter. The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent.
