43- بَابُ إِذَا زَوَّجَ ابْنَتَهُ وَهْيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَنِكَاحُهُ مَرْدُودٌ:
(43) Chapter. lf a man gives his daughter in marriage while she is averse to it (in disagreement), then such marriage is invalid.
