9- بَابُ: {وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لاَ يَرْجِعُونَ}، {أَنَّهُ لَنْ يُؤْمِنَ مِنْ قَوْمِكَ إِلاَّ مَنْ قَدْ آمَنَ}، {وَلاَ يَلِدُوا إِلاَّ فَاجِرًا كَفَّارًا}:

(9) Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us).” (V.21:95) “...None of your people will believe, except those who have believed, already..." (V.11:36) “...And they will beget none but wicked disbelievers.” (V.71:27)
