34- بَابُ مَنْ أَمَرَ غَيْرَ الإِمَامِ بِإِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ غَائِبًا عَنْهُ:
(34) Chapter. Whoever ordered somebody other than the ruler to carry out the legal punishment in the absence of the ruler.
