11- بَابُ وَقَوْلُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {إِلاَّ مَنْ أُكْرِهَ وَقَلْبُهُ مُطْمَئِنٌّ بِالإِيمَانِ وَلَكِنْ مَنْ شَرَحَ بِالْكُفْرِ صَدْرًا فَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ}:(1) (Chapter.) The Statement of Allah: "Except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith, but such as open their breast to disbelief, on them is wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a great torment." (V.16:106)1 hadith · 6940–694021 م- بَابُ مَنِ اخْتَارَ الضَّرْبَ وَالْقَتْلَ وَالْهَوَانَ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ:(1b) Chapter. Selling (one’s property) under coercion or other circumstances to repay a debt or the like.1 hadith · 6944–694443- بَابُ لاَ يَجُوزُ نِكَاحُ الْمُكْرَهِ:(3) Chapter. Marriage established under coercion is invalid.2 hadith · 6945–694654- بَابُ إِذَا أُكْرِهَ حَتَّى وَهَبَ عَبْدًا أَوْ بَاعَهُ لَمْ يَجُزْ:(4) Chapter. If someone gives a slave as a present or sold him under coercion, his deed is invalid.1 hadith · 6947–694765- بَابُ مِنَ الإِكْرَاهِ:(5) Chapter. (An example of hateful) compulsion (i.e., to do a thing against one’s will is from being under coercion).1 hadith · 6948–694876- بَابُ إِذَا اسْتُكْرِهَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى الزِّنَا، فَلاَ حَدَّ عَلَيْهَا:(6) Chapter. If a woman is compelled to commit illegal sexual intercourse against her will, then no legal punishment is inflicted upon her۔1 hadith · 6950–695087- بَابُ يَمِينِ الرَّجُلِ لِصَاحِبِهِ إِنَّهُ أَخُوهُ، إِذَا خَافَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَتْلَ أَوْ نَحْوَهُ:(7) Chapter. Save 'Aiyash bin Abi Rabi'a and Salama bin Hisham and Al-Walid bin Al-Walid; O Allah! Save the weak among the believers; O Allah! We said, "Will you ask Allah to help us? Will you invoke Allah for us?" He said, "Among tho5 narratorsBukhari · 6944انْطَلِقُوا إِلَى يَهُودَ ، فَخَرَجْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى جِئْنَا بَيْتَ الْمِدْرَاسِ ، فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنَادَاهُمْ : يَا مَعْشَرَ يَهُودَ أَسْلِمُوا تَسْلَمُوا ، فَقَالُوا : قَدْ بَلَّغWhile we were in the mosque, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came out to us and said, "Let us proceed to the Jews." And apart from that slave he did not have any other property. This news reached Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and he said, "Who will buy that slave from me?" You are forbidden to inherit women against their will.'
