23- بَابُ مَنْ رَأَى تَرْكَ النَّكِيرِ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُجَّةً لاَ مِنْ غَيْرِ الرَّسُولِ:

(23) Chapter. Whoever thinks that if the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) did not disapprove of something (said or done in his presence), his silence indicated that it was permissible, but if another person faced a similar situation, his silence should not be taken as a sign of his agreement.
