28- بَابُ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَلِينَ}:

(28) Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves -- the Messengers.” (V.37:171)
