بَابُ : الرَّجُلِ يَعْتِقُ أَمَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا

حَدَّثَنَا حُبَيْشُ بْنُ مُبَشِّرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : "
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا
" .
