بَابُ : طَلاَقِ الْمُكْرَهِ وَالنَّاسِي
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّى الْحِمْصِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : "
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَضَعَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَطَأَ ، وَالنِّسْيَانَ ، وَمَا اسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ
" .
