بَابُ : الْخَائِنِ وَالْمُنْتَهِبِ وَالْمُخْتَلِسِ
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : "
لَا يُقْطَعُ الْخَائِنُ وَلَا الْمُنْتَهِبُ وَلَا الْمُخْتَلِسُ
" .
