بَابُ : إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الْمَوْلُودُ وَرِثَ

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ بَدْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
إِذَا اسْتَهَلَّ الصَّبِيُّ صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ وَوَرِثَ
" .
