بَابُ : النَّهْيِ عَنْ صَبْرِ الْبَهَائِمِ وَعَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ : "
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنْ يُقْتَلَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ صَبْرًا
" .
