Chapter 6
باب الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثًا لاَ نَفَقَةَ لَهَا:
النص العربي
وحَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ، حدثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حدثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِح ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَت : طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا ، "
فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُكْنَى ، وَلَا نَفَقَةً
" .
