باب حُكْمِ الْمُحَارِبِينَ وَالْمُرْتَدِّينَ:
النص العربي
وَحَدَّثَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَعْرَجُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : "
إِنَّمَا سَمَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْيُنَ أُولَئِكَ لِأَنَّهُمْ سَمَلُوا أَعْيُنَ الرِّعَاءِ
" .
