باب مَعْرِفَةِ الْعِفَاصِ وَالْوِكَاءِ وَحُكْمِ ضَالَّةِ الْغَنَمِ وَالإِبِلِ

وحَدَّثَنِيهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ "
فَإِنِ اعْتُرِفَتْ فَأَدِّهَا وَإِلَّا فَاعْرِفْ عِفَاصَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا وَعَدَدَهَا
" .
