باب جَوَازِ قَطْعِ أَشْجَارِ الْكُفَّارِ وَتَحْرِيقِهَا:
النص العربي
وحَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السَّكُونِيُّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : "
حَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ
" .
