باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَأَنَّ كُلَّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ:
النص العربي
وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَي وَهُوَ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : "
كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ
" .
