Abu Dawud · 1686حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ الْمِصْرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ حَيَّةَ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا بَايَعَ رَسُولَ اSaad said When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took the oath of allegiance from woman, a woman of high rank, who seemed to be one of the women of Mudar, rose and said Prophet of Allah ﷺ, we are dependant on our parents, our son5 narratorsAbu Dawud · 1688لَا ، إِلَّا مِنْ قُوتِهَا وَالْأَجْرُ بَيْنَهُمَا ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهَا أَنْ تَصَدَّقَ مِنْ مَالِ زَوْجِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِAta said Abu Hurairah was asked Whether a woman could give sadaqah from the house (property) of her husband.
