Bukhari · 30إِذَا الْتَقَى الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا ، فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ ، فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ ؟ قَالَ : إِنَّهُ كَانَ حَرِيصًا عَلَى قَتْلِ صَاحِبAt Ar-Rabadha I met Abu Dhar who was wearing a cloak, and his slave, too, was wearing a similar one. I asked about the reason for it. He replied, "I abused a person by calling his mother with bad names." The Prophet said7 narratorsBukhari · 67فَإِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ حَرَامٌ ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا ، لِيُبَلِّغ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ، فَإِنَّ الشَّاهِدَ عَسَى أَنْ يُبَلِّغَ Once the Prophet (ﷺ) was riding his camel and a man was holding its rein. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "What is the day today?" We kept quiet, thinking that he might give that day another name.
