Bukhari · 2341مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ ، فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُThe people used to rent their land for cultivation for one-third, one-fourth or half its yield.
