Muslim · 5436حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْمُوصِلِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ،6 narratorsAbu Dawud · 3407نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ ، قُلْتُ : وَمَا الْمُخَابَرَةُ ؟ ، قَالَ : أَنْ تَأْخُذَ الْأَرْضَ بِنِصْفٍ ، أَوْ ثُلُثٍ ، أَوْ رُبْعٍNarrated Zaid bin Thabit: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade mukhabarah. I asked: What is mukhabarah ?
