Bukhari · 746أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قُلْنَا : بِمَ كُنْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَ ذَاكَ ؟ قَالَ : بِاضْطِرَابِ لِحْيَتِهِWe asked Khabbab whether Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to recite (the Qur'an) in the Zuhr and the `Asr prayers. He replied in the affirmative. We said, "How did you come to know about it?" Some of us died and they did not take anything from their rewards in this world, and amongst them was Mustab5 narratorsBukhari · 2091كُنْتُ قَيْنًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ، وَكَانَ لِي عَلَى الْعَاصِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ دَيْنٌ فَأَتَيْتُهُ ، أَتَقَاضَاهُ ؟ قَالَ : لَا ، أُعْطِيكَ حَتَّى تَكْفُرَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقُلْتُ : لَا أَكI was a blacksmith in the Pre-Islamic period, and 'Asi bin Wail owed me some money, so I went to him to demand it. He said (to me), "I will not pay you unless you disbelieve Muhammad." When he owed me some money for my work, I went to him to ask for that amount. He said, "I will not pay you unless you disbelieve in Muhammad."
