Abu Dawud · 2266وَهُوَ وَلَدُ زِنَا لِأَهْلِ أُمِّهِ مَنْ كَانُوا حُرَّةً أَوْ أَمَةً ، وَذَلِكَ فِيمَا اسْتُلْحِقَ فِي أَوَّلِ الْإِسْلَامِ ، فَمَا اقْتُسِمَ مِنْ مَالٍ قَبْلَ الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَدْ مَضَىThe tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Muhammad bin Rashid through a different chain of narrators to the same effect.
