Abu Dawud · 4458لأَقْضِيَنَّ فِيكَ بِقَضِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، إِنْ كَانَتْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَكَ جَلَدْتُكَ مِائَةً ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكْنُ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَكَ رَجَمْتُكَ بِالْحِجَارَةِNarrated An-Numan ibn Bashir: Habib ibn Salim said: A man called Abdur Rahman ibn Hunayn had intercourse with his wife's slave-girl. The matter was brought to an-Numan ibn Bashir who was the Governor of Kufah.
