بَابُ : زَكَاةِ الرَّقِيقِ

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : "
لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ صَدَقَةٌ فِي غُلَامِهِ وَلَا فِي فَرَسِهِ
" .
